eMasters Signature Viral Promotion

Raymond here. eMasters is planning to relaunch our signature product this year and I have been talking to some experts whom I believe can make a real impact on your business -- See our Special Announcement below.

Allow me to first go back a little into our history. Shoi was the conceptualiser of the idea to place rebrandable ads in eBooks. At the launch of eMasters Signature Viral Tool, eMasters was propelled into the top 100,000 most visited site on the www as rated by both Alexa.com and Ranking.com. We also launched 2 prominent m1m companies.

We decided after that to move out of the affiliate marketing/m1m game. But nevertheless, we learned from the process in working the viral tool as well as the importance of pre-launch publicity and a good launch. Although there are other elements as well.

After successfully launching and promoting 12 Viral eCourses we took a break to summarise our experience and tighten up the product.

At eMasters, we have come to believe that there are philosophical differences between Solo/Netpreneurs and Internet Marketers. In our definition, I have taken away affiliate/m1m markets as I find that it lends more to the confusion.

So we are left with Solo/Netpreneurs with a product or specialised service to sell, and Internet Marketers who take this to market. We belong to this category. Our solutions do not include purchased hits/traffic etc. which I find do not work. (Hence we have removed the term "Internet Marketing" from our site and instead call ourselves a Design, Advertising & Promotions Agency.)

So let me go back to the viral process itself, which is our primary tool for promotions.

The primary impulse to start the process is pertinent, well argued and presented information which normally serves 3 functions, although not always the case -- The 3 functions are to build trust in the writer, answers "what's in for me" questions, and what is the next step... a compelling reason for action. This information is then compiled into an attráctíve eBook/eCourse.

The secondary incentive is that you can personalise the eBook and insert in your own ads.

When the book is launched, we monitor download rates as well as opening rates of the eCourse (and the launch vehicle, in-the-loop Ezine). We track clickthroughs of ad copies and conversions of sales letters. We monitor the progress of the promotion and take corrective action when necessary.

The beauty of this sytem is that it is self-targetting ie. it will find its way from a wide base to the targetted audience, as people who find the information relevant will pass it on. In fact, if it's done well, one person can pass it on many times. Some may rebrand, and some may not but the crux is that if they find the information of use they will pass it on. Again with our network this can be more successful since they are already exposed to 12 Viral eCourses and many know how to use the rebrander. Not only will people in our network pass it on, but many will also lodge it on their website as well as give away the viral ebook via their ezines.

But wait, there is an added benefit that really demonstrates the power of our system -- We have found that in subsequent launches and promotions, new readers come in and download the previous eCourses... and so really the promotional process never ends. This fact propelled us into the top 100,000 and raises the visibility of our writers as well as businesses featured in or who sponsor these eCourses. We are now going to do that again.
