Hello
Happy 4th of July to all our US readers... Have a good holiday and celebrate all that's precious to you about being "free". Freedom is such a biggie to me these days. It still excites like a new toy. You see, I hadn't always been free... largely because the oppression existed in my mind, in my spirit. I was raised believing that other people's definition of me was more important than my own. So, living up to other people's expectations then became my life's goal. To be Ms Perfect. Ingrained, like a bad habit. It's taken some serious struggles to break free from this and start to live an authentic life, as an authentic, self-defined person. Well, this journey's only just begun. Yet, that wonderful sense of being liberated was right there, with the very first steps. Recently, I witnessed a superb display of freedom of expression, freedom of spirit -- I caught a "Celtic Women" concert on tv last week. It was more than just their exquisite voices that touched me. More than just the beautiful music in itself. It was the spirit of the entire production. There was a connection, oneness and harmony amongst the soloists, conductor, musicians. No one needed to outdo/outshine/outperform the other. Each moment, each note was unhurried, savored and given its due. And in the songs, a whole spectrum of emotions were expressed, but without need of gut-wrenching vocals or drama. Sadness or joy, they were all conveyed so subtly, so masterfully, coming from within the deepest inner calm. I thought wow, this must be the "zen" way one aspires to live, love, work and play. I'll hand you over to Ray now -- He's got an update on the Inner Child ebook, an excellent article on "Marketing Websites", and another of his candid "musings" to share with you in today's issue. Also find out what Ray's been up to at The National NetWorker's Southeast Asian Bureau. Enjoy today's read. Till we next speak... Blessed be. Editorin-the-loop Ezine

Hi
I'm glad I created the space for writing my eBook by publishing in-the-loop Ezine fortnightly for now, and by cutting down on my other operational stuff. To write about the inner child I had to create a space where I could be continuously connected to my inner spirit. The book will be the first salvo for a fresh marketing initiative to push eMasters back to the Top 100,000 Most Visited Site on the www, something we've accomplished before... but this time, with a major difference ( from what we have learned about marketing websites -- see article below ). When the eBook's finished, I'll upload it for your preview and I would welcome any feedback. Selected comments will be published with the eBook. Business DevelopmenteMasters

What is a Marketing Website?© 2007 Raymond SiewWe really only learned what online marketing was about when we decided to take back control of our business after becoming a de facto administrative office for m1m companies.... Tracking our missing downlines, month after month, demanding for our commisions that either weren't paid on time or paid correctly. The constant struggle to protect ourselves kept us exhausted and left little time for much else, let alone marketing. So we broke away, began developing our own products and marketing ourselves..... and never looked back. Find out what we learned -- Clíck here to read the article [ Back to top ] |
| Ray's Musings... |
After the last publication, I was wondering if anyone was going to jump on me for saying that I wanted to help Mark win (even with the caveats) -- Since no one has commented, either we are all in agreement or you have given up on me from sheer exasperation.
So if I may say this, in case it's the latter... Have you ever come across the concept in child-raising that "you can't teach a kid to share unless they have first experienced a sense of ownership"? It's like that with confidence and humility. Remember, I'd shared that humility is the ultimate expression of confidence. Think on this: What do you have when you have nothing to prove? When you have no fear? So, if the path to humility is through confidence, then isn't success in your chosen endeavour an important prerequisite? Another way of looking at it is... Can you really be humble if you are plagued with self-doubt, lack of self-worth? Another illusion? I see many things as a process, a wonderful journey towards spirituality. There are no absolutes in this plane, only a duality. I had a reader who corresponded with me recently that said "business is a bad thing". But is it really?
